When handling quotes and information requests, Power House processes personal information in accordance with the regulations about the Personal Data-, public-, business- and Accident Act, as well as industry specific recommendations.

Processing of personal data

When handling quotes and information requests, Power House processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Act and industry specific recommendations.

The personal data is obtained from the customer, parties authorized by the customer and from public records provided by the authorities. Personal data from other sources are only collected by law.

We do not disclose confidential personal data to unauthorized people unless the registrant has given permission to do so or the disclosure is based on law. We reserve the right to forward data to other companies within the Group and to other companies we cooperate with in customer care and marketing purposes.

You are entitled to review the personal data pertaining to yourself and require that incorrect, unnecessary, inadequate or outdated personal data in the registry will be corrected.
